Beginner

Beginners will learn the fundamentals of working with music, how to interpret that music on the guitar, and the best physical technique for holding the guitar in order to produce a good sound.

This skill level will introduce you to:

• Holding the instrument
• Guitar tuning
• Strumming a few straightforward open chords.
• The pentatonic scale's first position
• Standard chords, strumming patterns, and beginner scales
  

INTERMEDIATE

At the Intermediate level, students will need to know their scales and different picking and strumming patterns.

This skill level will introduce you to:



• Barre Chords
• All Major and Minor Pentatonic scales
• Various bending, vibrato, and raking techniques
  

ADVANCED

 This skill level's lessons concentrate on expanding the student's guitar vocabulary.

• Adapting scales and patterns to various keys
• Become more adept with various vibrating, bending, and raking techniques.
• Become familiar with the fundamentals of chord embellishing
• Learn more about vibrato, bending, raking, down/up stroke picking, modes, diatonic theory, and barre chords
• Recognize the key, chords, and scales in most songs
